Inscribed in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the Mediterranean Diet is increasingly recognized.
The 6th edition of the Mediterranean Diet Fair had the participation of Atlantik Fisk and our collaboration in transmitting the values of the Mediterranean diet to current and future generations.
Apart from the usual stands, the event featured demonstrations, workshops and culinary exhibitions, in which Atlantik Fish’s sea bass was the star of Chef Adérito Almeida’s show “Cooking and Culture: Fish and Salt” (Atlank Fish / Sal Marim / EHT VRSA ), in the Ribeira Market (September 9, 2018).
