Atlantik Fish was one of the producers who have embraced the project “Choose our Food” sponsored by Odiana, the Baixo Guadiana Development Association. <\/h5>

Among the various initiatives, the 30 entities \/ companies involved signed a “Letter of Intent”, manifesting the commitment to be ‘ambassadors’ of the products of the territory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project was completed in 2018 and aimed to maximize regional agri-food products, as well as strengthen business cooperation in Baixo Guadiana, Algarve. At the closing dinner, Chef Am\u00e9rico Ant\u00f3nio brightened the dishes with sea flavors, and the florentine’s style sea bass enriched with wild shrimp and green chaud-froid (products with Atlantik Fish ‘s seal of quality) delighted the guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
